Return Policy Duration

  • Unopened Products: You may return unopened products within 30 days of receipt. The product should be in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Opened or Damaged Products: We do not accept returns of opened or damaged products due to health and safety reasons.If you have a damaged product please email support@niukefoods.com with a photo of the damage.

Conditions for Return
The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original condition.
Include a copy of the purchase receipt or proof of purchase.
Clearly state the reason for your return.

Return Process

  2. Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please ensure this number is clearly marked on your return package.
  3. Packing: Pack the item securely, ensuring the RA number is visible on the package.

  5. Refund Processing: Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method.

Refund Time Frame

Refunds are typically processed within 7-14 business days from the receipt of the returned item. The credit may take additional time to post to your account, depending on your credit card company's policies.

Exchange

If you wish to exchange a product due to damage during shipping or a defect, please initiate the return process within 7 days of receiving the item and specify that you would like an exchange.
